Your Local Coffee shop for over 8 Years!

Since 2014, South On Collins has been a hub for the local Hobart community, and we are synonymous with fine food and coffee. In 2021, we became a new brand – but still upholding the ideals that you know and love – and we imprinted our new vibrant twist on our food and coffee. Our new owners, Daniel, and his loving and devoted parents, have created a family space for all to enjoy.

Under new management, our small coffee house has reached new heights, providing food with an Asian twist. We cater to all pallets and welcome people from all walks of life with a safe and inclusive atmosphere. Our easily accessible café welcomes you, so come on in to see how we can excite your taste buds.

Our team is highly experienced in all areas of our café; from our kitchen staff to our baristas and front of house team, we always deliver the highest degree of service. We have the vision to create an experience that all members of our community can love. Hobart is an excepting space that offers many wonderful experiences, but to make that experience every sweeter, get your coffee and breakfast from our humble café. We have instilled our Australian culture in our food but have stayed authentic to our Asian heritage by adding an irresistible twist, so let your taste buds dance at South On Collins.
